Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über den Online-Shop www.casacolor.studio. Der Shop richtet sich an Verbraucher und Unternehmer.
3. Produkte
CASA COLOR STUDIO verkauft physische Art Prints und Poster. Die Produkte werden erst nach Eingang der Bestellung als Print-on-Demand-Produkte hergestellt. Kunden können im Bestellprozess bestimmte Produktvarianten auswählen, insbesondere Motiv, Format und Ausführung.
4. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot dar, sondern eine Einladung zur Bestellung.
Mit Anklicken des Kaufbuttons gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot zum Kauf der im Warenkorb enthaltenen Produkte ab. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald CASA COLOR STUDIO die Bestellung per E-Mail bestätigt oder mit der Ausführung der Bestellung beginnt.
Nach Abschluss der Bestellung erhält der Kunde eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.
5. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise werden inklusive der jeweils geltenden gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer angezeigt. Für Kunden in Europa werden Preise in EUR angezeigt. Für Kunden in den USA und Lateinamerika können Preise in USD angezeigt werden.
Versandkosten werden zusätzlich berechnet und im Checkout angezeigt.
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der Europäischen Union können Zölle, Einfuhrumsatzsteuer und sonstige Importabgaben anfallen. Diese Kosten trägt der Kunde.
6. Zahlung
Die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden im Checkout angezeigt. Dazu können insbesondere Kreditkarten, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay und weitere Zahlungsarten gehören.
Die Zahlung wird im Rahmen des Checkout-Prozesses nach Abschluss der Bestellung bzw. nach Freigabe durch den jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleister belastet.
7. Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgt über Versanddienstleister, insbesondere FedEx. Lieferzeiten hängen vom Produkt, Produktionsstandort und Lieferland ab und werden im Checkout angezeigt.
8. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung Eigentum der ifo ideen für orte gmbh.
9. Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.
Bitte melden Sie offensichtliche Transportschäden möglichst innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt per E-Mail an studio@casacolor.studio und fügen Sie aussagekräftige Fotos der beschädigten Verpackung und Ware bei. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben hiervon unberührt.
Bei nachgewiesener Beschädigung kann CASA COLOR STUDIO nach eigener Prüfung einen Ersatzdruck anbieten.

Gerahmte Prints werden mit Acrylglas geliefert. Acrylglas kann bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung verkratzen oder beschädigt werden. Bitte reinigen Sie Acrylglas nur mit einem weichen, trockenen oder leicht angefeuchteten Tuch und verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel.
Gerahmte Prints müssen sicher und für Gewicht und Wandbeschaffenheit geeignet aufgehängt werden. Bitte verwenden Sie geeignetes Befestigungsmaterial.
11. Streitbeilegung
Die ifo ideen für orte gmbh ist bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.
12. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Bei Verbrauchern gilt dies nur, soweit dadurch keine zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates eingeschränkt werden, in dem der Verbraucher seinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hat.

2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store at www.casacolor.studio. The store is intended for both consumers and business customers.
3. Products
CASA COLOR STUDIO sells physical art prints and posters. The products are manufactured as print-on-demand products only after an order has been placed. During the order process, customers may select certain product variants, in particular motif, size and finish.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the purchase button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded once CASA COLOR STUDIO confirms the order by email or begins processing the order.
After completing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are displayed including the applicable statutory VAT. For customers in Europe, prices are displayed in EUR. For customers in the USA and Latin America, prices may be displayed in USD.
Shipping costs are charged in addition and are displayed during checkout.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and other import charges may apply. These costs are borne by the customer.
6. Payment

Please report any obvious transport damage by email to studio@casacolor.studio, where possible within 7 days of receipt, and include meaningful photos of the damaged packaging and goods. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
In the event of proven damage, CASA COLOR STUDIO may, after its own review, offer a replacement print.

Care instructions: The products are suitable for indoor use only. Please keep them away from direct sunlight, moisture, direct contact with water and excessive heat.
Framed prints are supplied with acrylic glass. Acrylic glass may be scratched or damaged if handled improperly. Please clean acrylic glass only with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Framed prints must be hung securely and in a manner suitable for their weight and the condition of the wall. Please use suitable mounting hardware.
11. Dispute Resolution
ifo ideen für orte gmbh is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
